Diana  Tellez

Diana Tellez-Gomez was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia. Before settling in Los Angeles, California, she managed her father’s real estate office for almost eight years. During this time, she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the UNITEC University in Colombia. After obtaining her B.S., she specialized in Investment Management.

In January 2006, she relocated to Los Angeles and began working as a Bankruptcy Litigation Paralegal specializing in Chapter 7s and 13s, and thus assisting attorneys and consumers in this process. During her work experience, she became very much familiar with part of the real estate industry since she was drafting Motions to Avoid Junior Liens, preparing and serving  Notices of Bankruptcy to stop Trustee´s Sales, and resolving Notices of Default. 

In November 2018, she obtained her commission as Notary Public and her certificate as Loan Signing Agent.

In February 2019, she decided to join Coldwell Banker Leaders as Broker’s Assistant to continue gaining experience in the Real Estate field.

In October 2020, she obtained her Real Estate License and currently she is assisting families and investors to sell and buy real property.
